Transit Customer Etiquette Campaign Research

Researching the evidence to a successful customer etiquette campaign to inform appropriate messaging for Hamilton city transit riders.

Project Description:

Currently, drivers are reporting that some riders are not respectful when riding the bus or are not aware of the expectations.  This research aims to understand the successful campaigns other transit systems across Canada, the USA, and the world are using to encourage riders on appropriate etiquette.

Intended Outcomes:

We are hoping to understand the public response of different forms of communication related to transit rider etiquette.
