How can social media provide insight on HSR ridership personas?

Project Description: Social media platforms can provide important insights into the needs and experiences of HSR riders. This project involves creating "personas" of HSR's ridership, grouping them by certain demographic factors and identifying the needs and experiences they share on social media.

The information gathered from the assessment can help the Transit Division understand customer perceptions for the existing services and could also help inform future marketing campaigns.
