Project Description:
In recent times, the impact of weather events has become a critical consideration in maintenance planning. Climate change has led to an increase in the frequency and intensity of extreme weather events, such as tornadoes, floods, and heat waves. These events pose significant risks to infrastructure, making it essential to incorporate weather-related factors into maintenance schedules.
The goal of this project is to assess how climate change may affect facility operations, maintenance, integrity, and performance. This includes evaluating vulnerability to extreme weather, potential damage from floods or storms, and the long-term effects of changing environmental conditions.
