Hi! I am currently in my fourth year of the Applied Psychology program and completing a minor in Community Engagement. I am an aspiring occupational therapist, and after spending my first two university years in an isolated online environment, I developed a new interest in community engagement. Hamilton has been my home for the past 4 years; however, until SIR at CityLAB, I had not been well connected with the city and what it has to offer. I joined SIR to be involved within the Hamilton community and improve my leadership as well as communication skills. So far, I have gained a better understanding of the city of Hamilton, its problems, and how one might work to solve these problems.
