How does my team participate?
Each CityLAB group can showcase their project at the event in a booth. Your booth will have a 3 minute video, an infographic, further information about the project and students, a chat box to respond to comments from attendees, and the option for you to “go live” and discuss the project on video.
Project materials must be submitted by April 1st, here. More information below on how to create the materials and what’s involved in attending.
Each project will have a ‘booth’ displaying the infographic and 3 minute video. Up to 10 project members can have backend access to the project booth. Please determine who will attend as a booth moderator, and include their emails on the project submission form.
Once materials are submitted, students will have access to a practice event accessible anytime from Tuesday, April 6th at 9 AM, until Thursday, April 8th at 5 PM to practice using the event space.
Submit your video, infographic, and group contact information on our submission form (submit one form per project): https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/winter2021showcasesubmission
