How does my team participate?

  • Each CityLAB group can showcase their project at the event in a booth. Your booth will have a 3 minute video, an infographic, further information about the project and students, a chat box to respond to comments from attendees, and the option for you to “go live” and discuss the project on video.

  • Project materials must be submitted by April 1st, here. More information below on how to create the materials and what’s involved in attending.

Each project will have a ‘booth’ displaying the infographic and 3 minute video.   Up to 10 project members can have backend access to the project booth. Please determine who will attend as a booth moderator, and include their emails on the project submission form.

Once materials are submitted, students will have access to a practice event accessible anytime from Tuesday, April 6th at 9 AM, until Thursday, April 8th at 5 PM to practice using the event space.

Submit your video, infographic, and group contact information on our submission form (submit one form per project): https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/winter2021showcasesubmission
